Our Clubhouse and exercise room have secured entrances to protect our residents. As a result, you will need your key faub.  If you do not have a key faub, or if the one you have does not work, please contact the Management Company.  Also, note that there is a cost to replace any lost or misplaced key faubs.

Entrance to the tennis courts is secured with a combination lock due to residents and or guest using skateboards and bicycles which are against the HOA guidelines.  Please contact the Management Company to obtain the combination to the padlock.  Also, note that you are expected to secure the tennis courts after you are finished playing.  To maintain the integrity of the combination lock, please note that the combination numbers will be changed periodically.  You will be notified of the new combination information in the Community Newsletter.

To unlock:

1. Be certain that the re-set hole on the side of the combination lock is on your left
2. Enter the 4-digit combination from left to right using the combination wheel
3. Depress the shackle and release

To lock:

1. Scramble the wheel
2. Close the shackle

Definitely!  Hager's Crossing HOA is committed to keeping your personal information private.  That policy applies to this website, as well as at Board meetings.  Hager's Crossing HOA will not sell, distribute, or share any personal information you provide.  Any personal information that the Board and Management Company possess will be used for the sole purpose of administering the business of the Hager's Crossing HOA.  A Board Member will never share your personal information with another resident.

For the 2008 fiscal year, the monthly HOA Dues are $36.57 for Single-Family units and $44.64 for Townhouse units.
