The members of the Hager's Crossing Board of Directors and the Community Manager take this opportunity to wish each Hager's Crossing Resident a wonderful and fulfilling year in 2009. We have many challenges ahead of us, as well as many opportunities.

Association Dues..Due

Association Dues...Due
Remember that your Association Dues [$40.24 for single-family units and $49.10 for townhouse units] are due at the beginning of each month. This means that your dues for January 2009 are due on January 2, 2009. Any assessment not paid within 30 days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 18% p.a., and shall be subject to a late charge of $15 or 10% of the assessment, whichever is greater.
If you are delinquent with prior months payment, please contact PMP to make an arrangement to bring your account current. If you have been provided with a notice by the HOA attorney, then you would need to contact the law firm as instructed in your letter.
